DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT:
In case your delivered product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt.
It’s important to attach a photo of the damage to your email, for a replacement of the product.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours.
However, keep in mind that the refunds are normally processed within 5 working days and that the funds might take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
– Shipping costs will be deducted from your full refund.
RETURNING A PRODUCT:
To return a product bought from DEVERDA, you are allowed to do so as long as the product has not been used. It’s also important to note that this is only possible if we receive the product within 14 days of being it delivered to you. In this case, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot cover shipping costs for returns.
